Russian Adoptions: November 2011

Congratulations to the twenty EAC families who adopted a total of 25 children from Russia during the month of November -- National Adoption Month!  

• Number of Boys = 11
• Number of Girls = 14
• Number of Children under 15 months of age = 12
• Average wait time between dossier submission to referral = under 4 months
• Average time between first trip and bringing the children home = 5 months

"I had a wonderful experience with my EAC Russian adoption....Murad was a perfect match and he adjusted wonderfully.  I cannot imagine life without him.   My experience with adoption was very hard but my experience with EAC was wonderful.  From first day I came on board I was told I would have my son by March and it was totally true.   He was home by March. The other amazing part is there were no hidden fees. I paid exactly what I was told from day one. The staff in Russia was excellent.  I had a total of two drivers and both were extremely courteous and provided me with everything I needed.  Looking back at it there was no reason to stress.... Thanksgiving 2011 Blessings

As our EAC families gather to celebrate Thanksgiving this year, 123 of them will have brought their children home from Russia this year .  As the families count their blessings this year, there are 135 new U.S. citizens to be thankful for.
